Every game is important between now and the run in, we need to get three points tonight..

My eleven would be; O'Brien, Willis, Hyam, McDonald, Haynes, Bayliss, Kelly, Shipley, Reid, Biamou and JCH..

Been reading up a bit on Colchester, looks like they have been playing decent football and a 3-4-1-2 type formation and attacking.

If they are going to do that, we can't sit back all game trying to soak up pressure hoping for a McNulty wonder goal, need to get at them.

Am nervous for later :(

Those of you you are going, keep your eyes open for Mr Dale Evans who has announced he's going to this one. It's his local-ish game, so why not....

He'll be the one with the learjet parked in the car park with Ivanka Trump waiting inside just wearing some Marmite buttered crumpets.

In case you're allowed into the great man's presence, he claims he's there "to end all the unanswered questions"....

Football's a funny old game isn't it, cos this midweek, out of all the fixtures, Porto v Liverpool, Basel v Man City, Juventus v Spurs, Real Madrid v Paris At. Germain, Red Star Belgrade v CSKA Moscow, who would have thought the biggest match up was going to be Colchester v Coventry City?

So momentous a game that it's even too big for TV. Too apocalyptic for the press.

It's such a huge game that hardly anyone is even going to turn up, for fear of them spontaneously combusting through the magnitude of it all and their tiny human brain not being able to process it all.

If the City pull off this portentous, historic win, all the back pages will be full of something else, such is the enormity of the occasion.

Can I just add, this is a pretty big game for us.

Can someone ask him if he wants Carlsberg or Stella from me?

If they don't have Carlsberg just any other glass bottle will do.

Well I hope you're in the corporate hospitality area, as such a wealthy and well-connected individual would clearly have the option of a prawn sandwich box rather than hanging out in the ordinary seating with the plebs...

Good - No point in letting Colchester know early which of our players have recovered from injury / virus etc.
True, just the lack of communication (interface) between team and fans gets to me at times.

Most clubs even at League two level get interviews from their managers yesterday or today. Telegraph is still quoting since Saturday evening Robins post match transcript even today.

how difficult is it really by communications or press officer to get a little more insight today or yesterday about just a 2 min interview.

Most other league two clubs manage it. I know its not premier league style build up to every game, but jeez.

I actually enjoy reading up news and latest interviews of the top clubs in our League see how they getting on. and not just reading clips of Saturday evening Robins Interview.

I like a bit of build up. Instead I go and read Swindon advertiser news about what Flitcroft thinks of Wycombe in their pre match build up.

I suppose there would have been if Telegraph was allowed into training ground.

Would like to think reid has been telling all of their secrets too, player weaknesses, what will get to them, what their attackers will try.

I don't doubt Stevenson will be.

Jeez it's getting that bad that I forgot we were playing!

Its beyond a joke. are we the only team in the football league who havnt had an up to date interview or anything pre match on Tuesday since Robins interview on Saturday at 1730pm.
Theres no one available to interview anyone via any medium.

No news is good news they say.

Maybe robins didn't want to do one rather than nobody free to interview him?

Has the Colchester manager done an interview?

Who cares? Who wants to listen to soundbites about tonight's game. Let him get on with picking the team.

Think we'll lose 3-0. Hopefully someone puts one on Stevenson in the first minute.

Burge back in, Willis to right back and Hyam Central

Vincenti in for JMD

Both JMD and Dion KElly Evans vanish from the squad completely.

I was hoping to see an attacking formation, maybe I was expecting too much.

What are the odds of being 1-0 down and waiting until 70 minutes to make any changes after hoofing it all game? Not that inspired by that lineup but hope to be proven wrong.
