Within those 18 is a sub series of 4 episodes about the state of Arkansas attempt to execute 8 men in 10 days.
Found it compelling TV and would recommend.

A very good programme and subject matter which highlights the difference between America and UK/Europe.

They just simply don't have the protection of Human Rights that we have with ECHR.

The American Bill of Rights is not fit for purpose in a modern society.

The old saying: "You can always judge a society on how it treats its prisoners." Is so true.

I refuse to have any holidays there.

I watched the Death Row one the other day.

I know it's harsh but the woman who's mum died's voice was really really annoying. Her mate spoke exactly like it as well.

It was weird that they thought they were trying to force them through as a drug was about to expire, as no drug companies tend to want to have their drugs used for it.

In terms of the death penalty, if there's 100% proof they are guilty of a hideous crime I don't have much of an issue with it.

that womans voice went right through me as well.
The thing is a judge couldn't say there's not enough proof to execute you so we'll give you life, the defence would be all over it.

There were a couple of fellas who were beyond redemption across the 4 episodes and I the way that white fella, Christopher was it, was talking about the little girl who survived his attack was really creepy.
