I predict we'll have a right good go second half, and they'll hit us with a spawny second for a galling 2-0 defeat!
On to Wycombe, where Akinfenwa will injure himself in the warm up.

Plenty of space out there still if we back ourselves to pass it around. If we can get to half time with it still 1-0 there's plenty to play for and Mansfield will get nervous the longer this scoreline stays the same.

Not as long as we keep attempting the same thing.

bayliss could have put Shipley clean through but goes sideways to Grimmer who puts a cross in thats cleared.

They should have gone 2-0 up then, great knock to hemmings who puts it wide.

They managed to do that while we had everybody but JCH behind the ball.

the sad part is that even with 10 men, this has still been one of our best first halves in weeks

We play it around for ages, miss 2 chances to play a through ball to go backwards an end up just kicking it out of play to let them time waste.

I think he really does have to change it at half time.

Why the fuck is Haynes time wasting? The ball goes out for a goal kick next to him, but instead of getting the ball back to Burge he runs off to let Burge go and get it?

Need some urgency.

That is the one thing we haven't seen this season. We play like we're a goal ahead all the time.

JCH goes out wide to get the ball, thing is nobody bothers to support him. He's near enough by the corner flag with nobody in the box.

Half time.

Reid on for Haynes and Shipley to drop back I think.

HT 1-0

Started brightly but after Willis got his marching orders we were always going to be on the back foot

Poor goal to concede. Worth seeing again as it seemed to take an age to even get near the goal never mind cross the line, yet everyone just seemed to stand and watch.

Front two isolated and anything they’re creating they are having to do themselves

I know you can’t probably say it Nick so I will Robins is clueless, but today Willis hands him an excuse

Tell us what you would do, Rupert? We can all change the game in the pub, or on the keyboard - someone next to your post says this is one of our better halves, with 10 men, against a top team, who have been on an incredible run.

we Should change our name to Santa F.C. and wear red and white. It would make more sense then when we stop doing anything after Xmas day every year

Haynes has none, he showed that at Brighton.

Get some urgency, bring somebody like Reid on who will run at them and put crosses in the box.

It's the same as every week it's just that we have 10 men. We have a striker stood up there on his own.

Now going to 10 men has given Robins an extra reason to cram behind the ball as we stand to potentially go 8 points off the play-offs.

We forced 5 corners in the first half. With 10 men we need to make much better use of corners and make them count.

It’s the same every season !.

Someone will have the bright idea of changing the manager soon and we can start again

Robins won't go for it, he won't try to take the game to them. He won't switch from the system he plays when things happen in the game (going down to 10 players and being a goal down). So McNulty is now stuck out wide on the right and JCH is even more stranded.

He will be hoping we get a wonder goal out of nowhere for a draw.

Just call it then and say you want rid so we can get another manager and start again.

How is this any different to last year with a. Manager we sacked who is now doing well elsewhere

We support ccfc, we know how it works, it’s why we are still here. :)

I am calling it, I want him to change it as it hasn't worked for months. Let alone when we have 10 men and are a goal down.

He needs to get some bollocks and try and get us back into this game, instead of trying the same thing he has and didn't work when we had 11 on the pitch and went a goal down.
