Friend of the missus has had part of her back garden fence come down.

Anyone know anyone reliable and half decent?

Last time out we used Rated People for ourselves, but we weren't overly impressed.

Cheers everyone, though from reading some of the comments I think there may be a security issue here, as some of these blokes will clearly be on guard.

do it yourself/themselves? Its very very easy, dig a hole, put post in, fill with post-crete, attach panel when set. did mine last weekend, consists of 11 panels - bought them from oakdale fencing in Cov - only £27 a panel (there are cheaper ones available). So easy was tempted to give up my day job

It's for my wife's friend and she is in her late 60's and lives alone.

Can't see her digging holes and pouring in concrete to be honest.

are the posts still in tact? maybe just a case of replacing the panels - would take you no time at all - No doubt if you call people in to do it they will say the whole thing needs replacing!

Haven't seen it myself, so not sure.

Will get the missus to go and have a look.

Agree that replacing panels is easy. I’ve done it loads in my back garden, over the years probably done 80% of the perimeter of the garden.

Posts are a little more tricky but not massively.

Biggest problem was manoeuvring the panels themselves into the back garden.

I hear Donald Trump is pretty good at fences.
Are you trying to keep something out or something in?

Won’t that be even better for her, a fence to keep people out and blokes on guard as well, no burglar will come near the place
