Your in dream world.
The owner that’s going to effectively spend £100M for a L2 club does not exist.
They are the fictional sugar daddy.

£100m - what on Earth are you on about now? Have you read Old Fivers post?

TF said they wouldn’t pay what Wasps did.
Before that JS said CCFC would only return with the Freehold.

And you always take what they say as gospel when it suits your arguement. If you genuinely believe that CCFC wouldn't have paid what Wasps paid then you must be very naive.

No you said it would occur in 2015. Wasps got into their head that they could negotiate a £20 million deal over 10 years. They on a global scale have a worthless brand.

Of course companies would sponsor it if the price is correct. The view is it’s wortn around £2 million over 10 years so no you are wrong. It’s a major problem for them.

It’s funny as you say that the Higgs Acadamy is not suitable yet the wasps hierarchy advised the owners where they train that the only reason they decided to not go there is that they respected the football club and didn’t want to force it out.

The same football club they attempted when Anderson was here to bully into a £750,000 rent deal for over a decade and no exit clause and then pretended legal action was the issue.

So fisher speaks the truth? What about nick
Eastwood? Wasps will always remain close to the London area as that’s where we belong.

The difference is that Fisher says he is doing it and then does absolutely nothing.
Wasps have taken a big risk but at least they are giving it a go.
From almost going out of existence only a few years ago to where they are now is incredible.
It remains to be seen what happens in the long term but at least they are making a good fist of it.

He is. Wasps peddle this tripe and people like him believe it. The guy I know at the rugby club they train at was innocently saying they must be great guys as they’ve given up Higgs as they don’t want to hurt ccfc when they are in the shit so they’ll look elsewhere. Especially given they are the biggest rugby club in Europe.

Eastwood is Walter Mitty it’s a great big con.

Next year I’ll make public a few things about their big presence and how it’s really received in business circles.

That's not the point. They made enemies trying get it for nothing and then never had the opportunity when Wasps came along.
Perhaps if they had tried to do it a bit for professionally things would be different, but they are a hedge firm and it's not in their DNA.
Nobody trusts them and never will.

They are millions of pounds in debt - much more so than the last time they were against the wall. Eastwood is a lying c**t. They are going down and I think I you know it. Not yet but pretty soon.

Wasps are not just talking they are actually doing things, particularly at the Ricoh.
I don't expectant upset CCFC supporter to want to believe it but I can try an input some reasoning even if it is rejected on here.
I'm both CCFC and a Wasps fan so I follow the reasoning of both. I can remove the sky blue glasses.
The training ground will happen.

Laughable that you say you will be releasing 'big business news' next year.
It's like an episode of fools and horses.
It's all unsupported facts with you from a guy you know.

No it’s from someone very much in the know which is why I’ve always laughed at you regrading the notion of stadium sponsorship.

They aren’t doing anything. They’ve grossly over funded the operation and soon will be faced with the decision of remaining competitive as a team or remain here.

The thing I’m referring to is hilarious by the way. Also something else which puts the current relationship very much in perspective.

There is a difference between having debt and no way of paying it back (Wycombe) and having debt and the means of paying it back (Ricoh).
It's early days in this business and naive to say it's over.

It’s over if they want to remain competitive. What they are facing is the return from the other events that the Ricoh put on is painfully thin in profit margin terms. Rugby is a minor sport with very limited interest. The other issue is the ground maintenance requirements which are going to be crippling.

Biggest turnover in Europe and a team to compete with Worcester or share with Brentford and compete with Exeter. That’s the choice.

Are you trying to create an argument to deflect from the main subject matter being discussed here?

I would respectfully suggest that you start a new thread on the topic rather than distract from the matter in hand.

Italia also perhaps you would like to reveal who told you that wasps rejected the Higgs centre due to public walkways?

More crucially who within the Wasps organisation actually made a statement the delay in accounts (now well past the March 31 commitment date) was down to technicalities and what are they?

My source is website domains that have been taken out.

Oh my god.

So after this that’s it? No one inside of wasps gave you the notion (I think they did) - you do realise website domains can be taken out by anyone don’t you? Please tell you’ve more than that - I assume it’s that franchise director idiot that invited you to the buffet that fed you the shite? No? He’s gone now anyway oddly as has his successor. What’s his name again?

But if our illustrious owners drop the court cases it would be extended but do Sisu really want that?

I never said that's why it was rejected as a site by Wasps. I don't get everything.
I said in my opinion it was never a good site because of the access by the public. Both for CCFC and Wasps.
A good indication to the seriousness of the accounts is the bond price. It effected it over Xmas with the accounting error but now it has recovered.

No it isn’t as Old Fiver has pointed out. You said the delay in accounts was an administrative error. Speculation or source please.

Before that JS said CCFC would only return with the Freehold.
The things you conveniently miss out when you post the same old crap over and over again is that CCFC bid more than Wasps paid for Higgs 50% of ACL and that both Fisher and Sepalla have said the length of the lease (50 years) was the issue and a longer lease would be considered. Unfortunately that was never offered to CCFC, only Wasps.
The owner that’s going to effectively spend £100M for a L2 club does not exist.
What are you on about now? Are you agreeing with Fisher and SISU that Wasps massively unpaid for ACL? We know CCFC is worthless, even if you just buy the assts and don't take on any of the debt its not worth a great deal. So the vast majority of the £100m you are stating it would take to buy the club and stadium lease would be the stadium lease. Why would it cost CCFC so much more than it cost Wasps when the fact that it was available again would indicate the business had failed for a second time?
It’s not wrong until a new sponsor is appointed surely.
If it’s not Land Rover then I’m wrong.
The old deal has ended. Therefore the new sponsor is Ricoh. The fact that they're paying next to nothing because Wasps can't afford to remove the signage is irrelevant.

I think he said "technical"

If that was all it was WASPS would come out and say it.

The Bond Holders should be asking why WASPS Finance PLC accounts are not filed. They are not a WASPS Group Company, only receive interest and pay it out so what technicality can affecting their accounts as well?

The Ricoh would have to make a profit of £9m a year to repay the capital and interest in the 6 year bond term.

They're already struggling hence Richardson injecting cash which they tried to claim was revenue. That act says absolutely everything about their situation.

You are also overlooking the Compass Loans. The prospectus quotes £4m is due to be repaid next year

How did they bid more ? They bid the same with conditions not acceptable to Higgs.
I'm talking about the freehold.
Ricoh have agreed to sponsor in the interim. I guess it will be at a reduced price. The rest is your guesswork.

Depends who takes them out ?
It's the only source I can give you as I have confidences to keep.
You are so disrespectful to people you have never met. To be expected I guess when you have nothing else to say.
Sad you don't have your own opinion and just attack others.

That means absolutely nothing. Especially that people guess and domain squat to make money

I guess the timing of taking out of all the domains around it and the people who took them out would be the clue.
As I said also this was backed up elsewhere but in confidence.
