I enjoy these match threads, so here I go :p
This game is a must win for survival, but technically, we need to win all of our home games. Barnsley have lost 2 of their last 3 games, and lost against Birmingham 3-1 last game.
Last time we met: Barnsley 2-0 Coventry, but according to the bbc, Barnsley have never done the double over us.
Match predictions?

We should win by a couple of goals. This is a team already with little to play for.

I did predict a win last week, so will stick with that.

2-1 to the City.

Am very apprehensive though and have a sneaky feeling we could quite easily slip up.

Must win, and I think we'll do it 2-0. Anything less than a victory and the players/AT need to answer some serious questions after last week's debacle.....it'll be forgotten, however, if we can win today....with other results also going for us.

COME ON LADS!!!

Cov 4 Barnsley 0 - Nimley 2, Deegan and Christie following a storming run down the right cutting in to the box and placing past the on-coming keeper. I can dream.

If it were 4-0 can you just imagine the confidence that would bring.

Not going to happen though i think. Sticking with 2-1.

We wont be mediocre. We are either breathtaking, or sunday league... often in the same game!
We lost our entire attacking/creative threat in January - Butterfield, Drinkwater, O'Brien and Vaz Te - and after looking an outside bet for the playoffs, we have since dropped off the pace.
But this is stage one of the Hillcroft revolution, and to be 17 pts clear of you guys at this point, on our budget, well... we'd have taken that in August.
Good luck Sky Blues, but I will say 1-2 Super Reds, a Davo double :)

We always beat Barnsley at home!
Until this season we always used to do the double over them.
For those reasons, two nil Barnsley win for me. Logic there some where

All the best

If we play anything like we did against Forest we will lose.

Baker must be dropped today.

We have nobody to support Platt and Nimley.

Platt needs a rest. Nimley gets injured and then what?
