I booked a ticket earlier but now want to take my son. The seat next to mine has been taken.

Im stuck on my phone this evening and can't work out if cancelling an order is even an option.

Anyone know if its possible?

Should be possible. Good luck, but I think you will indeed need to speak to someone in person.

Either that, or maybe someone might swap with you, but then of course you need to know if the seat next to them is free. That could get messy.

Best speak to someone in person. Hope you have success.

Yeah I have a feeling its going to be a tight call to fix. Might try and palm my original ticket off on a mate and buy two more.

How old is your lad?

6, a bit young to get it really. kind of didn't even consider him when I got my ticket. Feel awful!

Now he seems keen and I would love to get him hooked properly.

He has been to a few matches with me this season and he enjoys it but his attention drifts in and out, so might be hard work

Im in two minds what to do now. Think im gonna attempt a call to the ticket office in the morning

Try the phone number 0333 321 3134 on the ticket master 'contact us' section, when I spoke to them today they said if they haven't printed the ticket off it can still be changed. If it's already printed they won't change it.

If you do want to buy two tickets together, I can provide these for you at face value. You'd need to collect from a central London pub before the match but we can definitely do you two together without the hassle of buying two from the club again. Just PM me.

Surely more hassle to go and find you in a pub than it is to order from the club?

Managed to get a couple more cheapo seats, behind the goal in the gods.

Now have to offload my original ticket, Hard sell a single seat miles from where Im sat!

Gonna see if my brother wants it this evening but if not Im happy to sell it on at a loss, if anyone needs a single ticket and is on a budget :)

No, I never order from club, always collect in pub before the game. Can't be arsed with the login details, postal details etc etc. Much easier to turn up at a pub with cash and get a ticket in return.

So it's easier for somebody to go out of their way to find you in a pub to get the ticket than to just login to the website and order them for them to either arrive at their door or print them off?

Not really sure it is.

So you'll have loads of cash on you .... which pub will you be in again? :)

I was talking about myself, and why I choose to collect - I'm usually drinking in the same pub as the bloke dishing out the tickets, so I'm not going out of my way at all.
