Okay, so it was League Two this time, but he still achieved some success.
Where would he rank amongst managers we've had since the days of Jimmy Hill?

Surely above many of those, as many of those were abject failures. Obviously below Sillett and Curtis and Milne and Cantwell, but where would you place him exactly?
If he achieves promotion again this coming season I would say he has to be right up there just behind Sillett and Curtis.
We gain promotion against this season and he will be a legend for sure.
