I would be extremely surprised if a defender who made the most appearances of any defender in a team with a pretty excellent defensive record is dropped next season. Only one goal away from being the best defence in the division.

And but for a couple of heavy defeats late on (Yeovil seems a long time ago now!) would have been comfortably the best defence in the division.

Yep, strip out those 2 freak home games and we conceded 37 goals in 44 games. Grimmer musn't have been playing then!

Yes we had a great defensive record to be fair, slightly ruined by the 10 goals in the Yeovil and Lincoln games. But stepping up a league we still have to look to try and improve and think both full back positions need to be addressed. (and it seems the left back one has been if the hype turns out to be true).
