Maguire has to be MOTM!
No way!!

Ashley Young by a country mile!!!

He would walk into the Brazilian side too.

Would quickly get kicked out again and told not to invade their training sessions, but he would walk into their side quite easily.... if their security was a bit lax.

Phew! A platform to build from...although there is much to build!!! Main thing is we got the result. Bonus - spotted CJ's banner after the whistle.

Good result, indifferent performance. Too much faffing about at times and I'm not confinced by the starting line up. Lindgards a good player but his average touch heatmap would have been around the half way line.

Deserved win. Difficult against a cynical side. Would rather Sterling didn't play though Rashford is trying too hard.
Kane was quiet but two great strikers goals, fair play to him.

He's also not left footed so has to cut back in every time.

Has anyone told Young he's not left footed? He was trying to cross with his left foot and not getting past his first man.

Agree and Rose for Young. Has to be. Has to be surely.

Agree, wasn't impressed with Tripper either. We created plenty and had a lot of chances so plenty of positives to take, just need to speed up play in certain areas and up the quality of the final ball.

Frustrating at times but got the result so on we go. Though Tunisia's antics in both penalty areas were farcical, our finishing was wasteful and that needs to be worked on before we are tested more seriously.

It is a bit of a worry, because Sterling's shooting is poor and Lingard's not the best in front of goal either.

Kane and Rashford up front would give us more firepower.

We should be able to beat Panama, I can see us struggling against Belgium, they looked very fast on the break earlier, but then Panama did frustrate them for a large part if the game. If we can have the energy we had earlier tonight, we'll be fine.

Would Rashford have started if he hadn't had that knock in training? I think he absolutely has to now. Sterling just never looks up to the job at international level.

I think against Panama we'll get away with it but with Belgium we can't miss as many sitters as we did tonight.

Frustrates the hell out of me, because he looks quality for Man City.
