Poor reffing is allowing all sorts of nonsense that is contributing to a pretty poor standard of football all round.
A lot of cynical stuff like diving, tactical fouls (like the swiss taking it in turns to kick Neymar), holding in the box, time wasting.

I'd want my turn to kick Neymar to come round sooner.

Well apparently they are reviewing everything, so they obviously saw the incident.

Absolutely incompetent refereeing again. If that's not a penalty then nothing is. It's not as if the box was full of players, the referee has no excuse for missing it. I hope that decision doesn't end up costing Serbia.
