Cheers for the insight, but even calling what he’s got relative fame is a joke. He’s about as famous as I was as a secondary school teacher: a few locals know of him and spot him when he’s out. He’s an absolute nobody and needs to realise that.

Fame probably wasn’t the right word maybe he believes he has made it already he does have some of the footballer trappings nice car girlfriend etc ( these are not exclusive to footballers).

In his group he will be a bit looked up to as a pro footballer rightly or wrongly.

Robinson is still an Everton player until June next year, had a reasonably successful loan spell in the Championship last season and has played two games for the US senior team, including in a 1-1 draw with France last month. Why would he come here on a free transfer and why would Everton let hm go?

I will be extremely disappointed If this lad throws it away ,he has all the attributes to be a top top LB.
I'm not delving into hyperbole when seeing him at 16 I was immediately struck by the similarity to Stuart Pearce both tenacity ,physuicality and that wand of a left foot.
