Again what’s your contribution. An independent observer would say ccfc fans despise wasps as they are unethical and a threat. They’d draw this conclusion.
They’d see one person frantically defending them and saying no one else is making a contribution
Then they’d research and see this one person is getting an income from wasps and then realise why the poster is the odd one out.
That’s the conclusion if you are independent isn’t it?

Another independent observer would say that financially CCFC has become a basket case.
They would see that they can't afford a stadium and need to rent as the prized asset was squandered years ago.
They would see from historical data that the Ricoh is unaffordable too them and they would see that someone else has taken a risk on it.
They would suggest that both need each other to survive and that with the right relationship between them they could come up with a deal that means mutual survival.
They would appreciate that a few fans can see this whilst other fans would sooner both fail than see Wasps survive.
They would be clever enough to know that business people can make money as well as make a reasoned judgement on the situation and that its not an either/or.

They would say the same of pretty much every football club, actually make that every club of every sport.
You're quick to demand proof from others but continually drag out this theory that is based on nothing other than something you've come up with in your head.
Funnily enough you always seem to ignore the fact that SISU had lined up the world's second largest presenter of music and entertainment events (who coincidentally are also world's largest owner of sports teams and sports events which I'm sure would have come in to play down the line) to run the Ricoh. But clearly they wouldn't have been able to do as good a job as Wasps.

Read the JR1 document if you want to see the lame attempt at purchasing it. Also read in that JR2 is an attempt to.carry on where they left off.
The previous management lost the ownership and then gave away the 50% of ACL and Sisu took on exactly where they left off. But that's where we are.
Music presenter ? Yes I saw that but again talking and doing are two different things. They convinced you but not me.
No Wasps are going nowhere, we need to piggy back along with them certainly for our survival but just maybe for their survival as well.
We need to build bridges, get a long term deal, buy into income streams when we can and establish a belonging at the stadium.
We need to get past the fact that we rent off someone. We always have here, always will (even under Sisu) and as stated in the JR the stadium rental was the least of our financial worries.
But nothing long term will happen while the court cases are ongoing and almost perhaps while Sisu are still here getting us to break even..

What are you babbling on about now? For some reason, based on zero evidence, you have decided CCFC are the only club in the country incapable of coping with stadium ownership.
Now you're banging on about the purchase price of a deal that didn't happen!
So you're not convinced they could run the Ricoh, and Wasps were the better option being such experts at stadium management.
Lets compare, one came from renting a stadium in London with no stadium management experience.
The other owns venues such as London O2 Arena (the worlds most successful arena), Las Vegas T-Mobile Arena, Los Angeles Staples Center.
They are the management company for the likes of Wembley Arena, Glasgow Hydro, Las Vegas Caesars Palace, New York, Barclays Center, Stockholm Globe
Own or operate 20 out of the top 100 venues in the world.
Entertainment districts in London, LA, Nashville, Berlin.
One of the largest music companies in the world producing over 40 music festivals and own or operate over 80 music venues running 10,000 shows a year. Also promote thousands of tours which they place, naturally, in venues they own or operate.
Own the AXS ticketing platform.
Own teams in the NBA, NHL and MLS among others.
Can definitely see why they wouldn't be able to cope with the Ricoh.

I’m consistent on here. Both parties need to work together, we need a long term deal and we need to buy into income streams when we can.

Whilst I feel at some times you get unfair stick for just voicing your opinion... the sticking point I feel here is that we need each other to survive.
I disagree, as long as we keep bouncing about at break even, we can wait until wasps go pop we don’t need them, they need the good will of the city to keep themselves going. If they kick the football club out the tide will turn.
They don’t need us there true... but we don’t need them, as I’ve said the sooner they go bust the better... we need the Ricoh in play in order for us to get a takeover and a better future.

I am starting to think you really just don't understand so will try to explain it simply.
This is a CCFC site for discussion primarily about CCFC. You can't just use it to push crap about Wasps that you seemingly can't even debate without moving the goalposts. You have openly said you have no interest in discussing CCFC topics. Whilst you do that you are nothing more than a poor attempt at a Wasps PR Rep / Wasps fan with no interest in CCFC, the same ones who were banned instantly when they tried to sign up.
Lots of people mention Wasps, however everybody else doesn't openly say they don't want to discuss CCFC.
I have tried to make it simple, I have tried to send you a warning / request to cut it out, I have tried to explain that if you want to voice your opinions on Wasps it's fine if you actually bothered to discuss CCFC.

It isn't when they have no interest in CCFC. As I have said to him multiple times it's fine if he was actually bothered about discussing CCFC, he isn't interested.
People can have all the stupid opinions in the world as long as they are actually bothered about talking about CCFC rather than just trying to push awful attempts at Propaganda and making themselves look silly in every thread they try it in.
