But for the purposes of the thread we have to pick from them hence why people have picked Biamou.

Can you imagine walking away from Wembley and someone telling you the lead striker to play our opening match in League One would be Biamou?

I get that this is a fantasy thread but I feel I'm in the minority of people concerned at the moment.

With Allasani Andreu Jones playing behind him, we may be dangerous. BUT, like you've said, it's fantasy. I've got a feeling Andreu will be injured before we know it

I'm more concerned about the 3 at the back. Robins might be having a mid life crisis

I dont understand this 3 either but i fear this is why hes brought in Brown and Sterling..

Burge
Hyam Willis McDonald
Sterling Ogogo Doyle Bayliss Brown
Andreu
Biamou

Not sure about Allasani i think it will take him tike to settle as it did Max, at the moment hes looked very lightweight.

and andreu behind him.

Plenty of time yet for MR to get it right.

One thing is for sure, id rather be worrying about this team in League One than talking about how we compete in league two

We'll probably go 352 cos England did, but I wouldn't. Assuming everyone's fit (bar Jones):

Burge
Sterling Willis Hyam Brown
Doyle Ogogo
Bayliss Andreu Alassani
JCH

S: LOB, Grimmer, McDonald, Kelly, Shipley, Ponticelli, Biamou

If our main strength is in the wing back area, it seems like we could have 2 of the best in the division then we’ve got to play to that.

I don’t see why 3 at the back is going to require real technicians at the back, I personally think it could work and if it gets Brown and Sterling flying forward then great, that’s how we’ll win games. That said, I’ve got doubts about the quality of our centre halves generally, and there’s very little league one (or higher) experience between any of them.

There are three likely setups with the personnel we have at our disposal right now, 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1 and 5-3-2. At this moment, we're probably going to stick to 5-3-2 or 4-4-2 because Jones is injured and we don't have that many wingers and strikers right now (this could change). As for lineups we'll probably lineup with:

(4-4-2)

Sterling Hyam Willis Brown
Bayliss Ogogo Doyle Shipley/Andreu
JCH/Biamou Allassani

(5-3-2)

Sterling Willis McDonald (Davies when fit) Hyam Brown
Bayliss Ogogo/Doyle Shipley/Andreu
JCH/Biamou Allassani

(4-2-3-1)

Sterling Willis Hyam Brown
Bayliss Ogogo Doyle Shipley
Andreu
JCH/Biamou

A 5-3-2 system could potentially work, but I'd rather us sign a winger to make 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 a more viable system for us. 5-3-2 always seems to become more fashionable after World Cup years.
