Reading that actual article and putting 'm league I'd say no to into context he goes on to talk about Serie A. I think he means he's happy to play in Spain, Germany, Italy prem league's. Don't think he meant he'd play for Burton Albion in L1.

It doesn't say he would say yes to any league either. It's open to all offers and I will take the highest.

Peoples talk about him like he is hopeless he is better than half the goalkeepers in the premier league it’s just the 100k per week that puts people off.

And with a year left to run on his contract at Man City it's gonna cost whoever it is a good old chuck of change

That's true about the wages and I believe he was a great keeper until 2 or 3 years ago
Goodness knows what happened to him but he made some terrible rickets playing for West Ham last year
People raved when Rooney scored from his own half but it was from a panicky Sunday morning type clearance when Hart raced out of his goal and scuffed the ball away low to the centre of the field leaving his goal unprotected
He also seems to have lost the ability to catch anything and parries too many shots directly back into play instead of sideways as all young keepers are taught to do
There's a reason he's 3rd choice at Man City
It's a shame as I think he's a decent bloke but if he wants to play somewhere he'll have to reduce his wage demands

I also think he got a bit intense and wound up he needs to clear his mind
