Suppose he‘ll wait for the retrial before saying he was wrong... should he be actually wrong. The appeal was about length of sentence and procedural mistakes.

Uh? The conviction was quashed - its zero to do with length of sentence.

Very damning statement by the judge on the original trial and judges ruling.

The original conviction has been quashed. It’s not just about the length of the sentence. Moreover the appeal court found he was never even given an option to make a plea, yet all the media stated he pleaded guilty. And the gullible sheep on here lapped up whatever crap was spewed out by the media.
I can't find anywhere that says he wasn't given an option to plead and all still reporting he pleaded guilty. Have you got a link?
As much as I think he's a prick he's entitled to a fair trial however so it there were errors in the original then it's right that it's been overturned.

Regardless the judges submission about the most damnimg I’ve seen - it virtually says he was subjected to a kangaroo court you’d expect in a banana republic.

In a curious way I suppose it shows why Britain is a just and fair country as such rebukes would never be allowed in many countries or indeed in Brussels

It was part of the barristers' submission to the court. I don't have a link because the scanned transcript came to me via a Facebook feed.

I think it’s regrettable a man has served 4 months in prison and am quite proud of the independencs of our judiciary to ask this to be looked and and tried again

However I hope the vicious racist is found guilty and receives a longer sentence. People like him make peace impossible

It seems that he did indeed admit the offence, via his legal representation as it appears contempt doesn't have a formal plea in court.

The issue is the technicalities of the process so the trial will be run for a second time.

Interestingly the judge today said that could well lead to an increased sentence so this might not turn out to have been the best course of action. Although it keeps him in the spotlight which I suspect is his main aim.

If the case isn't brought to trial or he is found not guilty, I have no doubt that useful idiots like you will find another excuse to have a go at him.

He was kept in solitary confinement with nothing but a mattress due to threats on his life by inmates who belong to the religion of peace.

He got exercise time on his own when everybody else was away.

Let's not listen to the spin ;) Even if he had nothing there, he can still do pressups and situps.

He said he was using the time to write a book. Plus it's difficult to exercise when all you have is a mattress.

He had time out of the cell to exercise when everybody else was locked up... Plenty of time to exercise.

How did he write a book if all he had was a mattress?

Like I said, don't listen to the spin.

He had 1 hour per day to walk around a small yard. No exercise equipment there and therefore there was nothing with which to build up any muscles. Anyway I am not sure why you are so obsessed with his appearance?

It's hardly obsessed to say he could have put a bit of timber on rather than coming out looking like a 12 year old lesbian.

It's ok though, you listen to the propaganda. ;)

He spent a couple of hours on the induction wing and then requested solitary, once there he’d have all the comforts of any other cell in the prison. When exactly was there opportunity for him to receive death threats? He never went on a wing and mingled with other inmates of any religion to recieve death threats.

I haven't personally, no.

I probably wouldn't want to risk it on a suspended sentence while I have a family to provide for and look after.
Then how can you comment on his physical appearance if you've not been inside yourself ? Some people can handle it some can't.

He requested solitary because he was put in a high risk prison full of Islamic extremists. He should have gone to low risk prison given the nature of the offence and he wouldn't then have had to go into solitary.

The threatening letter was pushed under his prison door by another inmate. It wasn't face to face.

No he wasn't, you are believing the spin about it aren't you and that it's full of terrorists.
