Exactly, hence why it is nothing to worry about.

Said before the club should buy land next to the Uni sports department which is (or possibly already has by now) been improved and expanded and share facilities.

I don't really need to spin much. There's no planning granted at all just yet so I doubt it is up for sale. It's also on the condition of a new one being sorted first.

Thats why I asked when it was happening as you were talking like there's a for sale board out sign and people turning up for a wander about.

Is Rose in talks also?

Yes Nick, I also made a joke about a taxi rank being built outside Ryton to accommodate all of the posters that keep calling for a taxi for Robins...I think most people on here would of picked up that it was a tongue in cheek post, apart from yourself who strives for the Nth Degree in everything.

The whole post was tongue in cheek about supporters going into a meltdown and included Taxi Ranks being built, poor grammar and a football player of note. To most sane people, it would of been clear that I was joking.

Next time I will make it abundantly clear (just for your benefit) with <JOKE> at the beginning of the post and only refer to players that make it abundantly clear to you that it’s tongue in cheek like George Best but no doubt you’ll still be asking me for where my proof is he’s been resurrected!

No not at all, I'm actually looking forward to having a new training ground. Although there's a great deal of history there, I went to Ryton no too long ago and the first thing that struck me was that it was very dated and a tad basic.

You could of made it clear when you are joking and when you are trying to be clever and rant as there's a very fine line between the too.

You don't understand what they have to replace do you.
All they have to replace is pitch space, there is no requirement to provide a CCFC training facility.
Clearly they will need one, but it may not be owned by the club, it could be rented, probably at Allard way & possibly other local venues.

But nobody knows what will happen for sure. Gut feeling, not much for a year or 2.

Interestingly, now we appear to be getting Jordy Hilwillywulla, Kenny Hackett has revealed that Chaplin wants to leave them!
