Think Thomas needs to start next game

Where does that leave bayliss though?

I think bayliss was one of the better players he moved the ball forward and lasted the 90

An alright performance. Lots to i.prove on but after 3 games I would say we look a top half team who can hope to make playoffs

No chance on that performance

You could do that.

For me the full backs need to be stronger and I don't think Bakayoko is the right player to be the last man.

Well huwala isn’t he has no strength at all to work defenders

Lot to take from this game. They all tired towards the end which is a worry as they were against 10 men, but fitness will improve. Thomas looks like an answer we need with Jones still unavailable. The full backs look very technical and skillful at times and have pace but some defending needs to improve as does their crossing. Thought Andreu offered little to the game and would rather have Shipley in and Bayliss in the No 10 role.
Think MR's is slowly getting his selection together but we still need a finisher up front on loan.

Still very poor again. Wasteful going forward.

Plymouth were great with 10 very unlucky. I think we could play with anyone up front and they’d be marked by multiple players. Other teams are so much more mobile and attack and defend as a team

Hate to say it, lameiras made a massive difference for them

Not really. They put a big striker on who made life very difficult for the centre halves - Doyle was gasping after an hour and they soon worked out they needed to attack the fullbacks.

We made hard work of that, didn't we?! Thought we played some good stuff at times, Bakayoko worked hard I thought under difficult circumstances as he was very isolated. We surely need more width, so many times Mason (who I was very impressed with) was out on his own with no one in front of him.

I thought Thomas was exactly what we needed when he came on. I wouldn't mind seeing Thomas, Bayliss and Shipley as the three in front of Doyle and Agogo if Robins insists on sticking with this system.

Sometimes we don't seem clear on who should be going for the second ball in defensive situations.
