I think it's down to 3 of the above for relegation. Not sure about the remaining fixtures for the other clubs, but not so long ago we were 9 points from safety. While there's life, there's hope. Depends on how we fare against the others when we play them.

I'd also include Forest in that mix. They're losing a few points lately (although won yesterday). I wouldn't say they're out of the running just yet.

To stand a chance we have to win all our home games and Bristol away. Also so the gap doesn't massively extend we have to grind out something at watford or Cardiff.

Was confident of us winning all bar brum at home and hopefully 1-2 points away from home. (watford & Bristol) but 2 from last 2 at home has me thinking we are 1 off req, so we have to win away now. the others are getting results against form as well. I still believe we can scrape through but not as confident as a couple of weeks agao,

I think Pompey have gone. Unfortunately, our next two games are away which doesn't help the cause, so if we are to pick up anything we need to start at Watford. The gap is now four points so even if we won away and all the other results went our way we'd still be bottom three.

we have 2 massive home games back to back against pompey and donny, if we are still only 4/5 adrift at that stage that could be the make or break week!

Portsmouth gone.
Bristol City are in a slump and cant get out.
Doncaster are in good form. I think they will stay up. Only loosing 3 in there last 10 games.
Millwall might slip having only won 3 in there last 10 and drew 2 the same record for Forest and us :(
Were fighting to stay out of the last spot and were loosing atm :(

You been sitting in the sun too long?
:D

Forest last 5 games; P 5 W3 D1 L1.

Wouldn't call that losing a few points lately. Just one defeat in 5 and three wins.

Can't say that surprises me.

Once again it sounds like we can raise our game against better opposition. Been story for CCFC for many, many years. Compete against the top teams, struggle against the bottom teams.

Still in our hands at the moment but we need to convert those draws into wins

Why do people keep saying it's in our hands? Doncaster have 2 games in hand which could put them 6 points clear. Yes, we play them, but the most we can get there is obviously 3 points not 6. Bristol are 4 points ahead. Again, if we beat them that will still leave us behind them as things stand.

It is not in our own hands.

Doncaster play Reading at home on Tuesday. Cannot see them winning that. Not sure who their other game in hand is. I wouldn't be too worried about other teams having games in hand. To say it would put them 6 points clear is unrealistic when they have struggled to win games all year. Having said that, Doncaster have the best squad of the bottom 6 so should stay up really.

Could we see Donacster getting a draw at West Ham?

I know it is unrealistic to say they could be 6 points clear, but I only said that to dispel the myth that it is on our own hands. It is not in or own hands.

Ohh and if Doncaster are staying up we are going down. it's that simple. Forest are 5 points clear and have won 3 out of their last 5 and have a game in hand.

I think we are clutching at straws big time here.

We are not playing well enough to win games. Yes we will get a goal in a game but we don't know how to defend a lead or to shut up shop.

Lose against either Donny or Pompey and we are down. It's simple as that. It will be the final nail in the coffin for the players confidence. We need wins and sometimes the urgency in our play is so lacking. Clingan is the main reason our play is so lack luster. Deegan needs to be in there instead or even Thomas in his place. Platt is vital and some fans don't realise how much he actually brings to the team when he plays. Yes he ain't a goalscorer but he causes defenders problems.
