Yeah, that was pretty sharpish wasn't it.

Kyle was loathed before he kicked a ball. Certain players now idolised would murder to have the career he did.

Bakayoko is on a hiding to nothing, his style of play is not what MR wants from his number 9.
(At least from what I can make out)
Which makes me ask why he was signed in the first place.
You can't try and fit a square peg in a round hole, and when it dosnt fit, blame the square peg.

You can if everybody hated said peg already.

Yes, you have a point.
I don’t think the Walsall fans comments did him any favours.
He certainly has a mountain to climb if he is to win some over, and even MR didn’t help matters with his post Blackpool comments. The guy must be thinking he’s made a huge mistake.

Kyle Lightbourne had a much better goal-scoring record than Conor Chaplin has.
He only played a few games for us.
He went on to manage his native country, Bermuda.
Bakayoko, I know nothing about except he is tall and can score a penalty.

Another pointless veiled anti Bakayoko thread apart from anything else Lightbourne was a premiership player Bakayoko as yet only ever played third division
Debatable.

yep agree, they were not positive about him at all which clouded the CET facebook crowd before he kicked a ball for us. We have to judge him after at least 10 games even then it would depend on how much of a run out he has had. How many players have gone out of our club who were branded poor and then gone on to a decent career.

Was actually having a bit of a dig at Bakayoko and was remembering how annoying it was when Huckerby used to be forever getting caught offside when there was absolutely no need to.

The difference is, Huckerby knew where the back of the net was.
Never could understand that expression.
When you score, you hit the front of the net.
The back of the net is behind the goal.
Mind you some of our strikers probably do hit the back.

If you fail to understand that expression .

Do you understand these two .

He missed an open goal.

He should of buried that into the back of the Onion bag .

The nets are like a bag, it has an opening to allow you to put something into it .

In football it's called the ball.

I'm Just saying. ;)

This was always a poor thread, and now it’s degenerated to being in very poor taste from some. Close it down and open one - ‘Wishing Max all the best for a speedy recovery’.
