It's tactics rather than players in my eyes. If he can start playing a system that suits maybe we could make playoffs. Persist with the system he's been playing and we will struggle.

And we all know Rochdale score with the first chance they get second half! However, it’s refreshing to see such a dynamic team when you spend your hard earned cash.
