Jones has looked ok on the ball but nobody else has stood out

4-1 we're not very good at defending....Jones goes off in the 85th minute after slipping trying to cross...hopefully its just as planned didnt see him limping

Well, not a great showing at all, especially when some should be making a claim for a 1st team spot. Decent run out for Jones and camwell looked ok. Addai on this showing won’t be pushing our two 1st team squad keepers any time soon.

Everybody lacked urgency even Davies was slack

I’d have loved to see the strikers get some confidence in games like this. Not to be tonight, neither impressed much

Yeah, nobody has done anything to make MR think twice. They say you only get match fit with first team games - well it's no wonder if that's the level of non-urgency players put into reserve games (except Addai who was like RCC in his urgency to get the ball back into play and on at least two occasions led to them getting the ball back and us under pressure). I've seen more intensity in training sessions. I know it's more about fitness etc but here's an idea - put a bit more effort in and maybe you'd get match fit quicker?

Jones did OK but looked like he was trying to do it all himself at times. For me, Hiwula has played himself out of the match day squad because he looked totally disinterested jogging about most of the time, putting a foot up to make it look like he was attempting to challenge. At least baka actually did try and win the balls, even though he actually looks scared to head the ball.

Not sure what the point of the three subs in last 5 mins was?

Played like a practice match. Useful re Jones fitness .Others should be giving their all (but rarely seems to happen in these games)

I just hope and wish that lad knuckles down now and delivers all that promise of a season or two ago.

What I did notice that Ogogo did try and press their players back on occasion, but kept getting wrong side of the ball and then they broke. Not sure if it was all his fault, as if only one presses, they will get played around. The few times he did it, nobody was really backing him uo, which made him look worse. Thought Baka played better than Hiwula (who didn't show much) Our No 2 didn't look that comfortable with the ball, especially going forward.

Yep agree with that Harry Ogogo was pulled out of position trying to close the ball down, Hiwula was very disappointing as was Allesani

Apparently he's fine
He was just knackered and took ages to get back to his feet so the coaches did the sensible thing and subbed him as there were only a few minutes left

First couple of games ogogo looked our best player, must just be lacking fitness- out of form? I think he will become first name on team sheet by the end of season
Only if people keep spelling his name Agogo.
