Think the inexperience shows without Willis. Not saying Hyam is at fault but Davies has 120 pro appearances at 26? And Hyam and sterling are inexperienced. Willis is the most senior with around 200 appearances. Not slagging them off for this. Just think Willis is very much needed in that back 4.
