They have to ban this person too don't they?

Wasn't that serious in the grand scheme of things, but one day it is going to be.

One thing I really didn't like about in this incident was the amount of fans who cheered when it happened. They simply cheered because he got hit and I honestly think they would have also cheered had he been hit by a coin or anything else that would have actually cut his head open.

I think we as fans have to all condemn any such behaviour.

Someone is going to get very badly injured one day.

Someone must know who threw it. I think it's up to the spectators to police themselves.
It's tough for anyone else to pinpoint who did it except the people around them.

Depends if one of the cameras was focused on the area. If they were, the person can easily be identified.

A player Being blinded is the most likely imo for a serious incident.

I got hit by a coin (10p) at Birmingham away (1-0 win), it hit my jacket pretty high up, dread to think a foot higher and if it had caught my eye!

An empty plastic bottle. I mean it's not ideal but no need for a meltdown
Erm......it wasn't empty, Macca. If it had been empty it would never have got anywhere near Dele Alli.

It was thrown from quite a few rows back. I'd like to see how far you can throw an empty bottle from there. ;)

That bottle is clearly not empty.

You can see it's quite a young kid that throws it too

They've identified the culprit now.

I thought Dele kept his shit well.

They should also ban the ‘responsible adult’ who took the kid to the game.

All grounds should have a number that people can text anonymously and report issues to the stewards/ police.

Didn't they do that for a bit? Can't remember if it was just racism but seemed to not really hear that much about it

Should be banned from CCFC games but signed up for Wasp lineouts.

Yep it's scary stuff, the Greeks are also fanatical.

Not condoning the action against Ali by any stretch. I've got pretty worked up in my youth at games maybe said some stupid things but never been close to something like that. Moronic and cowardly
