I liked Morrison before he came here, I rated him highly, but he just didn't seem settle here. Don't know why. I liked watching him when he played at International level for Eire as well. But for me, I'll say no, we shouldn't have kept him.

Think we got rid of him at the right time.

He gave us 2 good seasons, scored his fair share of goals, and gave his all, but he wasn't getting any younger and I think it was the right time for both parties to move on.

Should we have kept Gunnar, King, Turne.........................can't be bothered to go through the players we should have kept from last season alone.

NO. We have lost much better players since. Players we more recently lost are in the prem and near the top of our league. A couple have also been to Wembley since. How well is Clint doing to those?

Yep agree. NLHWC and I were big fans of his.

Prefer madine, never really got a chance here and just scored a peach

No. I agree we let him go at just the right time.

Madines a difficult one. As pointed out on CWR yesterday, at the time, a lot of City fans didn't like the lad, but they've seen what he can do with Sheff Wed, they realise he could have been an asset. Not saying this was all fans but if say it was the majority rather than minority who said he couldn't make it.

Looking at him now though, he could definately do a job for us. Fits the 'young' criteria we look at, was decent in the air (if I remember correctly) and now he's had a full season behind him has shown he knows where the net is.

Shame Sheff Wed are likely to be coming up, otherwise we may have been able to poach him if we stayed up and they stayed down. AT doesn't seem the type to stop checking out a player if he rates them (ala Murphy)
