I’d still like to see Davies play in a back three. Then use sterling and Mason/brown/mccallum as wing backs. More attacking for the second half of season in push for play offs

Fairly certain that was Chris Stokes house which he wanted to rent out. He merely retweeted it.

Any update or at least rumours on who the striker(s) is that MR has lined up?

To clarify; have we been linked with two strikers - one he apparently had lined up last week but the players club were delaying it for some reason? And subsequently another has emerged based on the potential fee we’d receive if Wilson is sold? Or is the latter just SBT hopeful thinking?

If Willis is still stalling on contracts, can we afford for Davies to walk out of the door?
Not sure if Willis is stalling or not been offered a new deal yet
I suspect the club has been waiting to free up funds from elsewhere because of budget restraints
I've heard another senior player who has been out of favour is likely to be leaving shortly and an announcement may be made soon

Definitely not
Don't want to be more specific in case it scuppers things but one of two other senior guys on the missing list
Not having a go here BD because you always seem to be straight with us and obviously have decent info but what is it you think could happen leading from you mentioning it on SBT? I always wonder what people mean when they say they don't want to ruin it.

It's just that I don't want to mention anything until it's watertight
Things can go wrong with the medical or the paperwork - last year a premier league move fell through because two agents each claimed to represent the player and the buying club didn't want the complication of sorting it out
All forums are monitored and if someone posts details before the papers are lodged with the FA another club might come in to high jack the deal
I think this one should go through but best to wait till it's official

Apart from andreau not sure we can afford anymore experienced players to exit due to injuries!

Permanently or on loan you think Better Days? Decent deal for the club?

Just noticed Tony Martinez has come back to West Ham from Spain because he wasn't getting enough game time
Wonder if he's someone Robins is looking at?

Did he score against us in check a trade?

If it's him was a battering ram type player

He did Nick
Then went on loan to Oxford and did pretty well there
He's made a few appearances for West Ham but reckon he'll find it hard to get in there this season

The most glaring issue with the team as of now is the need for a left winger - the new injury to Jones was a serious blow for us this season. Since then we have tried to replace with square pegs in round holes. Hiwula as a best case example. Or alternatively used Shipley (also I think to cover our weakness at left back). Shipley is ok at the job he does and brings something but I don't automatically see him as a starter.

In midfield; the Kelly-Bayliss partnership has the potential to be one of the very best in the division. Thomas is exceptional. So we just need that extra dimension on the left.

The defence (if we view Mason as the answer at left back) is decent. I've really wanted Brown to do well for us but I just see too many mistakes in his game and we've been lucky that those mistakes haven't cost us more. I was also hoping Brown would have been more of an attacking threat. Willis will be a huge loss if he goes.

Up front I don't see JCH as the answer; although he's been very decent coming off the bench in the final 20-30. Not sure what's being going on with AB (injured or attitude?) but I would like to see more of him. Chaplin and Hiwula both could offer something with the right strike partner. A Leon Clarke type player would be brilliant.

Given the injuries (Jones/Max - who I think would have been brilliant for us in this team) and the non-performance of the big signings over the summer (Ogogo/Brown and let's be honest Chaplin so far).....overall I would say we've performed above expectations this season.

Thankfully any talk of a return for Carl Baker can be dismissed early this January

Bakayoko is injured

He's signed bright to play on the left.

As they a step up or the same as Nuneaton?

Same level national north. Plenty of Nuneaton players have made this move over the years.
Former Nuneaton manager is the gaffer at Brackley.
