Guessing McCallum isn't in the squad for tomorrow. Is Brown back or just winging it without a LB on the bench for when Mason tires?

Thompson starting tomorrow? Not part of the squad, but with Willis out last week and Davies seeming to pick up an injury?

Bremang doing OK, shows we're a better side now mind. When that big American lump (Jack McBean) did OK for the reserves, there was a clamour to give him a game!

What’s the background to Bremang? My knowledge of the U23’s is based solely on the threads on this forum, but he always seems to score. How far is he from being close to the first team squad?

Looks like he taken a similar route to Jordan Ponticelli into club academy football. Only joined last summer and adapting well recently and developing as a result after signing a 2 year deal.

Described as a tall, athletic and raw striker by Jason Farndon, and it seems he’s getting some plaudits so hopefully a new deal will be put towards him to fend off the predators.

U23s looking in good shape. Looking forward to seeing some of these progress into the first team.

Perhaps a bit young yet but he’s over six foot not sure if he’s a striker or midfield, anyone out there seen him play ?

Midfielder. Play maker and good with both feet. Very skilful and not dissimilar to Tom Bayliss.

Doing well the u23s usually and a lot of young players in it, bodes well for the future.

Trouble is we've seen in the past a decent academy team, decent reserves and then just dogshit in the first team. No idea what we do in coaching them in the transition but so many just seem to totally lose it from what look like incredibly promising starts.
