Looking forward to a short trip later, not expecting anything - we never win two in a row, and I reckon we'll lose by 2 today, then batter Forest on Monday.
Our two flair players - Boyd and Taylor - are both off in the Summer, so hopefully they'll be at their shop window best.
Can't see Coventry going down - reckon its between Bristol C and Milwall for the last spot.
Should be a good turn-out thanks to your pricing, think we have sold about 1200 so far.

You sound a very fair man.

Would be most grateful of 3 points today and you stuffing Forest on Monday.

That would be most perfect!!

We never do anything the easy way. I expect a really tough game, hopefully we come out on top

I am so, so confident today. Most confident i have been about a game for years.

Am I being foolish you think?

The BBC think we're playing Birmingham! This is from their website!
MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head

• These clubs are lining up against each other for only the 10th time in the league. Coventry have won five of the previous nine, Birmingham three, with one drawn.

I can't see Forest being sucked back into it now to be honest. It looks like the quality in their squad is finally shining through and they're playing how they should have been playing from the start.

Further evidence of the ineptitude of the BBC are the audio links on that page.

"win and we stay up - Ferguson" is definitely not Ferguson.

EDIT: nevermind, the swines have now taken it off!

I was listening to H&J (Talksport) the other day and there was a piece on nicknames. One guy phoned in to say that the lads at work called him "Posh" because he had been to school and didn't have a criminal record :)

They agreed that it said more about his workmates than him!

Cant see city winning today. Hope I'm wrong but posh have a lot of quality going forward. Saw them destroy Ipswich earlier in the season. I reckon there'll be lots of goals. My prediction is 2 all

Hold on, Boyd was meant to be off a couple of seasons ago too! Is this the general tactic to motivate him for games now!

Why are Peterborough called posh? Just wondering
I seem to remember going back to their early days in the Football League which was around 1960ish they had a mascot or lucky charm dressed in a top hat and tails and it was from that the nickname came not the other way round as you would think.

Very much hope you're right. I wouldn't underestimate them though

Peterborough United are nicknamed "The Posh", a moniker coined in 1921 after the then manager of Fletton United, was reported to say he was "Looking for posh players for a posh new team". When Fletton United looked to join the Southern League in 1923 they added Peterborough to their name to form Peterborough & Fletton United, in an attempt to gain the backing of businesses in Peterborough. Peterborough & Fletton United went bankrupt in Oct 1932 so the current club is the third to be known as The Posh.
