ive had the pleasure of speaking to Cody a few times one to one and hes loving it here. Dont forget he has only been a pro for a hand full of years..before that he was a scaffholder...proper down to earth lad that keeps himself to himself and is a real crowd fav. Gillingham would kill to have him back and Norwich were sad to see him leave. Says enough for me

Hes often said that he enjoys it here and has settled in well around the area. We've got him for anoter two more years after this aswell

The problem with him I suspect is that he will contribute little to a side in 90 minutes unless he scores goals. To me his overall contribution looks suspect and I can't see him as a first team regular at championship level.
