A few fans of said club might want us out but why would the ‘Club’ itself want to vote against us? I can’t see it being in that or many other clubs interest to set a precedence in voting for the demise of CCFC.

Yep me too. Staying at Ricoh is best option for me personally and I think best option for CCFC long term (hopefully after sisu and wasps eventually both disappear).

Would SISU be able to drop the legals, do a deal with wasps then re appeal??

Dunno, not a lawyer, but you would think if it WERE possible to have a clause in the rental agreement, they could just turf us out if SIS re appealed. I can't see SISU signing anything that would stop them trying to batter someone.
