The league has created this mess not Man City, they have created a team to compete in this league and champions league.

The rule is at the moment that you have to make youself bigger with your arm for it to be handball....he didn't. Correct decision.

Whilst he didnt have an a great individual world cup he was part of tesm that made semis.
