Leeds Villa (4 Viewers)

Mad what happened.
Villa player goes down, Leeds appear to be trying to put it out but one Leeds player picks it up and scores. Shoving matches ensue and a Villa player gets sent off for an arm/elbow to the face but the replay shows a clear dive, then bielsa tells his players to let Villa score and they do.
Should they have let Villa score?

Just watched it on news...should play to whistle and goal was perfectly good. Why Leeds let villa walk it I just don’t know.

No, play to the whistle. I wish they'd stop this kicking it out and expecting the other team to give it back. If the game needs to stop the ref will stop it, if not play on.

You play to the whistle, villa stopped playing and conceded. I seriously think Leeds should be done for match fixing.

They should just follow the egg-chasers and allow physios on the pitch without having to be invited on by the ref. The game goes on unless it gets too close to the injured player being treated.
And as for requiring a treated player to leave the field even when fit to continue, don’t be so ridiculous! To whose benefit is that??!

It's too stop time wasting... The rules were changed a year or 2 ago, if the opposing player is booked then the injured player doesn't need to leave the field, but hardly any ref allows this.

If the ref doesn't blow to stop the game, you carry on. It's that simple and it amazes me how many of these professionals seem to forget it. Even more amazing considering it cost them an automatic promotion. I'd be outraged if I were a Leeds fan.

Didn't see any issue with Leed's goal, it wasn't a foul anyway imo. Villa had plenty of time to stop them scoring as well.

I thought it was funny to watch - & how the centre back's instinct got the better of him in the end & he made an embarrassed half-arsed attempt to stop them scoring.
Guessing Biesla was trying to restore his tainted reputation somewhat post the Derby spying issue...looking forward to his next job in some way perhaps?

The Villa Player sent off should have this rescinded. The Leeds player pretended that he'd been elbowed in his face . Dirty Leeds twice over.
