I know the club said there was a short time frame on the ground share, but i cant help wondering if that is just a negotiating ploy to put pressure on wasps.
When the club moved to Northampton that didn't happen until mid July, and Otium didn't even own the club until late June so could not have signed any contracts but could have HoT's. That didn't stop a deal being done and there are currently not many sports teams looking for an alternative venue
Add to that it would be fair to surmise the usual legal arguments etc going on around who pays what, when and how much..... with heels digging in because of lack of trust
As it stands I think the EFL target date 29/05 has extended the process, so not worried yet about what is going on.
Guess I was wrong!!Yes it’s Thursday and that means CCFC ‘news’ day!!!!
At least you mixed it up from a tin foil hat / conspiracy one. Ironic really considering you put your fingers in your ears and have to be reminded when the council do things wrong. This thread:

Yeah, that pitch needs work. Sort the bobbles out.great news if true. be nice to put it to back of mind for a while and concentrate on the pitch again and work towards promotion.

hopefully we will all have misty optics in tears of joyAlthough I am feeling impatient to hear something, I think the fact we haven't heard anything is a good sign as a deal would take a while to sort out. If there wasn't a potential deal I think we would have heard something quite early on, so I remain optimistic.

Can the council be bad by not doing anything in comparison with others that actively help their club?Sorry mate. I’ll argue like you.
Clearly you’re a Sisu stooge and your Nans a c**t.
Better?
Edit: I literally asked for what the council have done. I had one reply about the Butts lease which it turns out didn’t even happen. But feel free to make more shit up so you don’t have to actually argue your point.

Erm, the council thing with the butts did happen when they tried to be cunts about it after Sharpe told them he wanted a ground share and it annoyed them. There was another thread on here a few weeks ago where you tried to make out it was made up with nothing to back it (it had emails attached)
That selective memory again.
Did I say it was? Hence the word tried. Is that clause in the lease?
So you're not going to answer.Again. What help do you think we need?
Did I say it was? Hence the word tried.
It's really weird. You go on about people and conspiracies but you just block things out completely as if they didn't happen.
What are you on about.But. It. Literally. Didn’t. Happen.
So you're not going to answer.
Are you missing parts of history again?Your question is too vague.
Should the council for example assist Sisu in finding somewhere to build if that’s what they want? Sure.
Have they needed to do this yet? No.
Do I think they should give taxpayer assets to a hedge fund on a promise? No. I value good governance above football.
But we’re not talking hypotheticals, we’re talking specifics. So I ask again: what action did they not take that you feel they should’ve done.
What are you on about.
They tried to be cunts because Sharpe submitted a proposal of a groundshare after he had told them he wouldn't. It did happen, the council have been quoted trying to play it down.
It clearly did happen.
Are you missing parts of history again?
I obviously am, hence I replied to that. You must have been vanished from those threadsAre you still unable to argue your point?
But. It. Literally. Didn’t. Happen.
