I suppose we will have all the snowflakes complaining......

Or in this case, all the Bran flakes.

I'm very interested to see how this plays out in the final book because that was just a shower of complete shite.

Basically Bran, starting from the early seasons, manipulated and let thousands of people die around him because he had a secret desire for the throne?

I'm so disappointed and I demand satisfaction.

How good was Peter Dinklage though, thought he played a blinder to be fair.
While it was a pretty damp ending, it could have been more clique with Jon on the throne (although I have been routing for him ever since I read the books way before the red wedding aired on the tele). I liked how everything went full circle pretty much even to the extent that Jons hair and beard went back to pre death. It hasn’t been the greatest of seasons but I feel this last episode was probably one of the best in it.

good ending. Cant deny where they left nearly every character is spot on and if had more than 1 episode to get um there no one would complain. Its a shame not a 10 episode season. My only gripe is there was no repercussions to killing my queen who i rooted for since pilot so a lil angry jon didnt get executed. But thats a personal pov from targaryen supporter. I loved her speech and that bit with dragon wings is some of best directing i ever seen on a tv show. But yeh rest all made sense. Liked brienne filling in jamies page too. Im gonna pretend drogo did cpr on dany and they had sex and loads of half human half dragon kids. The best ending

It's not directing, they didn't direct the dragon to fly. She walked out, they added the dragon in after.

Again, it was far too bothered about cinematics than the story. 1000 shots from different angles of ayra walking on a ship. Yeah we get the idea that she is on a ship.

Fair play to you for somehow being able to extract enough positive points to fill a paragraph.

It was interesting to note (well it was to me), that just about every single main character ended up alone. Jon, Ayra, Sansa, Brienne, Gendry, Tyrion, Greyworm, Bron, Davos, Bran,Tormund , Podrick etc.

Only Samwell who had Gilly and that was it.

Not really. Jon Snow now has Tormund to keep him company on cold winter evenings. I hope the two of them are very happy together. :emoji_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I was invested in the storyline of Jon's parentage. A secret that would have rocked the Seven Kingdoms to it's very foundation.... Ned's sacrifice was cheapened.

I was invested in the Night King/White Walker storyline. The fact that petty squabbles were meaningless against a visceral evil. Jon's death was cheapened.

And Sansa... well you could argue her betrayal of Jon was the straw that broke Daenerys. Yet his actions give him a life sentence and hers are rewarded with the throne of an independent nation.

The bit that annoys me the most is that Jon was played up to be the central arc that underpinned the entire story - and it made complete sense.

In the end he was reduced to a bit part player going North to have a 'bromance' with Tormund.

Thats dumbest thing ive ever heard. Thats like saying avengers end game isnt directed because of cgi. The director puts together these shots. It will all jave been storybosrded. He would hsve directed her to walk out eith the intention of adding the wings after

Got haters reslly are the dumbest people on earth with no idea of what a tv show is.

Just a shame the story suffered because they made a dragon fly off as she walked out ay?

90% of the final episode was boring, could have done the same story in half an hour and stopped trying to piss about dragging things out.

Funny how people see it differently, because I saw that as her as the dragon and the dragon as her. Both as one.

One thing I thought, it skipped from the dragon flying off with Dany, to "Jon is a prisoner for her murder".
No one actually saw it, so did he confess? How did anyone know he had killed her?
Also, Tyrian went from being a prisoner to "we should elect a king/queen". Hardly what a prisoner would be able to do.

The same as Bron vanished after walking out a few weeks ago and then just appeared again after threatening to kill the Lannisters?

Still, there were some good camera angles to make people forget that.

That scene when he threatened Jaime and Tyrian, wasn't it in a tavern near Winterfell?

I meant to ask the other week, but the impression I got, it wasn't in Winterfell which would explain his entry a bit easier.

I can't remember off the top of my head.

He just vanished for a couple of battles, not even a mention and then appears as "Master of Coin" at the end. Almost as if they said "shit, we forgot about Bron how can we end his story".

I do partially agree, but he did say he was going to wait the outcome of Cersei v Tyrian/Jaime battle, so he wins a reward either way. So they have tediously stuck to that story.
