You would think that would need to start soon for the new season?I don’t know that. Their new 4G pitch hasn’t been started yet either.

A roof or two may come in handy. If not, I’m starting a new poncho business. It is definitely technically possible. And of course the EFL may use their famous discretion to have us play all away games the first few weeks of the season.
AMI Stadium in Christchurch was built from scratch in under 80 days and that's an 18,000 seat stadium.

Volleyball stadium for the 2012 Olympics was 15,000 seats and that took 36 days to setup.

How likely it is, well that's a very different question.
Depends how long it takes to lay a 4G pitch I guess. You would think that would need to start soon for the new season?
If you have ones that say ‘fuck wasps’ I’ll buy one.A roof or two may come in handy. If not, I’m starting a new poncho business.
It’s because they’re legally a bunch of spiteful wankers.what is the lawful reason that council have for blocking association football at butts?
Perhaps Cov Utd are waiting to see if the Ricoh will be availableSo... Why haven't they signed it? Which side is stalling?
Or maybe John Sharpe knows he’ll make a f*ck load more money with CCFC there.Perhaps Cov Utd are waiting to see if the Ricoh will be available
Then if that's true, John Sharpe has made a massive u- turn.Or maybe John Sharpe knows he’ll make a f*ck load more money with CCFC there.
If you’re a businessman why would he allow someone else prevent him from making lots of money, unless he’s rich enough. Then if that's true, John Sharpe has made a massive u- turn.
So you mean I can't have that seat?Isn’t it funny how people kept discrediting the proposed Birmingham ground-share stories that the telegraph were running, but have fell hook like and sinker for a rumour started by someone’s mate. Come on now, just because you want to believe it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t question it with the same scepticism as the St Andrews rumour. If anything, this is less credible than the telegraph “sources”.
You said it as if it is a done dealThey haven’t signed it yet brains.

Pretty much everyone thats ever commented on the Butts has said they don't think it will happen.Isn’t it funny how people kept discrediting the proposed Birmingham ground-share stories that the telegraph were running, but have fell hook like and sinker for a rumour started by someone’s mate.
Cheers Columbo.
Just one more thing
Correct. Another one of those that completely forgot they supported CCFC for a couple of years.
Just one more thing
im sure the real Grendel, will be back once the season gets underway again
Unfortunately we seem to be a City where a largish % if it’s inhabitants simply don’t care about their own City let alone their football club.Just a thought here, not living in Coventry anymore, do the general public of Coventry know what's going on with this situation? My mum and dad weren't aware of what's happening even though they still live in Coventry, and my mum was outraged, even though she hates football said "it's not fair to the fans who go, and the bastards need voting out".
After all CCFC is part of Coventry's history and heritage, maybe if non football, the general public knew what has allegedly gone on, maybe more pressure can be put on the council and the like, that the people of Coventry will not stand by and let this happen?

Not like that when we get to Wembley is it though hmmm, life long fans on them rare days.By and large, The apathy towards the club locally is depressing.
Yes, unless we start with an away game.Anyone still believe we'll be at the ricoh come the first game?
Found this about planning, from a company that sells temporary buildings.
Could sisu and Cov rugby have a groundshare plan to present to the efl with the view to developing the butts within a couple of years? Would make sense
Perfect opportunity for sisu thenThe Butts already has a significant expansion plan in place.
Perfect opportunity for sisu then
Deffo, could also extend the capacityYou could have a point as Jon Sharp will undoubtably need funding I'm sure.
