The reviews from Reddit aren't exactly glowing:

"Not good, a winger with 2 goals and 1 assist last season. Has a weak knee"
---
He was a decent Player back at ADO Den Haag, after that he transfered to Germany and back to NAC but barely played anymore. If you get him back in to the rithme he might be good but it is probably a bad signing imo.
----
Such a strange signing. Was quite a promising winger at one point, he did very well at Ado Den Haag and on loan at Eindhoven, but he has dropped of since. Went on loan to Kaiserslautern where he was invisible and at NAC he was one of the least impressive players. He had some problems with a knee injury in the past which hindered his speed, but apperently he has recovered fully.

His attitude is often horrible though, he just walks around the sidelines when things don't go his way, looking uninterested. In the youth NT he sometimes got into confrontations with his teammates during games when they didn't pass to him or something.

He is still only 23 years old and he does have some talent, but he needs to get his head in the game.

Fair few NAC fans happy to see the back of him. Hopefully a clean slate this season as it's clear from the comments the move didn't work out too well for him.

They are in the Eredivisie, and scored 2 in 21, with 1 assist. Not terrible, but not great. You’d suspect he’ll do better in L1!

Soccer reddit is an awful place to go for football opinions.
I once got downvoted into oblivion because I said defenders today aren't as good as they were 10/15 years ago... So the knowledge clearly isn't there because that argument is undeniable .. However

Let's say they are correct, we can hope Robins changes his attitude, and we can also hope he fits in really well with our style of play

Seems none of them rated him going through that lot. Cancel the Green Man.

This is my favourite:

"What an incredible cock the wallpaperer of a TD must be there at Coventry!"

Not sure what it means but it doesn't sound complimentary.

I obviously don't think it helps that they got relegated this season. That combined with his injury issues last season it's hardly surprising he's not a popular figure. Foreign fans seem far more fickle than those in England. Look at the fans in Spain as a prime example.

They actually finished bottom, fans are hardly going to be high of praise, and it's hard to play well in a team that isn't playing well, getting beat almost every week and has no confidence

Jones is injured, we have to plan accordingly!

As for Hiwula, 12 goals from the wing... he’ll probably play up front next season!

If we don’t sign Bright, I can see us playing 4-4-2 next season.

He didn’t play on the wing

Why? Their league 2 is less competitive

Yeah, to be fair just ask Kilmarnock fans about Bright. I bet the difference in opinion from ours is huge.

The team in total only scored 29 goals so he was involved in just over 10% of them.

Very hard to get fan reviews when they got relegated and destroyed most games

Agreed!

Kastaneer and Jobello seem like players with a lot of upside, fast, athletic and technical wingers who can play on either side. The kind of players we should be looking to sign in my view.

Very interesting recruitment policy, Badlan could be our best signing in years if things go well. However, signing foreign players without experience in England can be risky. But, we’ve gone about it the right way signing these players early in the summer to give them as much time as they need to adjust to their new surroundings.

They were in the Dutch Premier league this season when he played. Think its fair to say league 1 is a level slightly below that

Ah they got relegated from that league - he started 10 games. I’m sceptical given our shocking record with these sort of players

And:

Another one out of the waste bin of destroyer Smulders.
Neither does Kasteneer know whether there is air, sand, nitrous oxide or whipped cream in a ball.

As someone who watches a lot of dutch football, I can safely say he was one of the laziest players in the league by a mile.

Does this come with a free packet of razor blades Otis?
Wouldn't want to listen to/watch this if I'd just had a breakdown in my relationship!
Did you listen to the whole thing?

I think it is quite beautiful.

But then everything beautiful is far away.
