Does that mean deep down she is Disingenuous or well meaning I can't tell for 100%. All I know is if SISU had been better with fans PR from the outset, far more fans would not have the blind hatred for them they do.

A deal was agreed and on the table, then Wasps come back and essentially demand that the club sign a clause that essentially stated that itself and its own employees should be held accountable for any penalties from the complaint's findings. Do you think that's fair? Or acting out of good faith? To me that's Wasps making it personal.

Seppala absolutely right not to give Wasps what they wanted.

If CCC in the wrong then they should be liable for any damages to Wasps (who probably should be also looking at who carried out their due diligence). If Wasps have done anything wrong then they should pay the price (like they may have to with their financial reporting problems)
By the same token SISU should be liable for legal costs of those they are suing if they don't win in the end.

Put on top of that the threat they made to Cov rugby that if they got in bed with ccfc they wouldn't get planning to build their new ground it just stinks of guilt to me!

And im no Sisu fan/apologist but i totally agree with them not signing the agreement to underwrite anything. Can you imagine if they are found to have been right all along and then we had to stump up £27 million. I don't think it's to get rid of the club at all, as the club have nothing to do with it. Removing SISU out of the equation how does CCFC not existing help Wasps? Even if your scenario was correct and Wasps got their wish of CCFC ceasing to exist, I'd hedge my bets SISU wouldn't suddenly cut ties and not be heard from again. If I can see that, so can Wasps. Wasps simply see the club as a pressure spot for SISU.

So if Hoffman isn't interested why were the Trust still pushing that he is still interested? It isn't speculation.

Wasps didn't count on the club having so many other options, the same as they didn't count on the EFL allowing a move. It backfired. You need to also pay attention to what the strange accounts online say as they sometimes give things away.

For example Italia being told a while ago by somebody that we need to let the club die / fall and then Wasps will save us again. The same as the strange council accounts banking that the accounts couldn't be filed without a home ground.

I don't see any way they can be protected from it though, unless, if they are in cahoots with Hoffman do they think he will give them the reassurances they want if he takes control of the club? I would say that makes him an unsuitable owner if so.
