Only speaking for myself, but I rarely stray away from the General Chat, Off Topic and Football/Other Sports. So some people may not see it.

OK so we can't formally propose a motion, but we can still coordinate something as there is (or should be at an AGM) an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and prompt a debate/discussion around the Trust's stance.
CJ might. Not sure about the rest of them...Usually the Members can agree to shorten the notice period of a meeting. If that is problem then have a second meeting after first with shorter notice?
However, I am sure CJ would receive the proposals any way for a further meeting if that us necessary. He wants to have a consensus of views I am sure

Re attendance, I can’t to Trust meetings from Switzerland so easily. More than happy to have someone from here act as proxy for my vote.
So 2 questions. 1. Who from here is willing to pull our collective opinions together. 2. Who would like to help those of us who can’t attend by acting as proxy?
