Yeah I agree, that's why for me Kelly would be the obvious choice, took over from Doyle half way through last season and is a leader on the pitch.

I ask because if he's training while it's going on I think it makes it more likely he'll be fined. If he's absent it suggests he's having his contract ripped up.

Has anyone seen Shipley training? There have been loads of pics of pre season training but haven't seen him in any. Might just be I've missed it.

In a few of the pre-season photos (even when he's not aware it's being taken) Conor Chaplin often has a smile on his face. Some players seem to dislike training, so hopefully it's a positive sign re: attitude. Hoping he has a productive season.
