Yes and Richard Keys is the word of all truth. Hope it is true but i am very skeptical about Sisu and any potential takeover

Well if true about SISU going bust, it can only mean a Takeover or Administration.

Another win or bust situation then!

One question ... if sisu haven't invested own money, how can relegation make them go bust?

I think the SISU going bust bit was an additional fact, not the reason relegation would change things.

From what I understand from OSB, it's highly unlikely that they will go bust, but then again, I'm not into money abnd may have misread him.

If true, this is "Sink or Swim" of epic proportions.

Think you will find that Mr Keys has read an article on Covmad or wherever they got it from and repeated the comments there.

There is nothing in SISU accounts that indicates they are in imminent danger of going bust especially when despite losses they have £750K in the bank.

Only thing that might be going bust is CCFC which will mean SISU investors lose their money. That is not SISU going bust because they have no money invested in CCFC at all

Well, if the part about sisu going bust is inaccurate, then why should you believe the second part?

Well I'm skeptical of anything Keys says, but I read that as our relegation causing SISU to go bust. There would be some much enjoyed justice in that... :blue:

SISU Investors have four options and always have
- get investor
- sell to someone
- admin or liquidation
- carry on

the appoint SISU Capital as their agents to make the decision which. SISU Capital charge their clients a fee for the priviledge

if it was the case that SISU went bust what would the effect actually be as they don't own us. Would the fund just get passed on to another company to manage?

i would have thought the fund would be passed to other fund managers to operate yes

If it is true we need to get them out now. Before they get to do more damage. They will definitely sell what they can, before they go.
Also this would explain why they have done why they did when there was a chance of staying up. Why sell Juke when they did. because it would not affect them if we went down.
They are grabbing what they can and giving it to their investors

only thing i want to hear from any of them is that the club is financially secure for the forseeable future.

I believe they are skint and nobody wants to give them money to invest in different business.Example CCFC , and it won't be because of CCFC they are skint it could be lots of reasons but if they put the club into administration then they need to do it before we get that official R buy our name in the league as we will start on -15 points next season.

We will anyway now, its too late to take the hit this season.

what i believe was on the table was that a percentage of the investment/loans will be paid back post a premiership promotion, when they say the deal got cheaper they probably mean that percentage went down due to the extra work now needed to make it happen

I'm sorry but I don't believe a word Richard Keys tweets any more. A bit like the kid that cried Wolf once to often.

What examples are there where he has done this. I have seen this as a common theme on here and in all honestly I have missed him telling a pack lies.

I am not saying it has not happened but what has he done. I tend to see him as a loyal cov fan in despair over SISU and their actions who has been told to keep his mouth shut.

Keys has given time scales of when announcements are going to be made and then nothing happens which just winds people up. I believe his heart is in the right place, but in all honesty I wish he would shut up until the deal is done if he really does have the ear of hoff.

Right, bizzare thing to do unless you are in the negotiations yourself. I agree he is best keeping mum. No good comes of prempting

Especially when the pre-empting has been of 'promising news' then either nothing materialises or the outcome is disappointing. Fans basically start disbelieving his claims. Like me.

Given up in listening to him as bugger all happened the last time the 'deal was close' blah blah blah. On a common sense perspective there is going to be a time that the money they are putting in to keep the club running, wages etc is going to run out surely???

Have SISU even offered any funding at all for next season. Isn't CCFC supposed to support itself as far as they are concerned?

I think thats the current issue and why we have a transfer embargo, they have not be able to say how the club will be funded next season. I'm sure part of that problem has been that they don't know what league we are going to be in, and what income they are likely to have. Once relegation has been confirmed I'm sure things will start to become more clear.
