Suggests our longer contract policy/recruiting is working excellently now because aside from Willis we haven't lost anyone we wanted to keep by them running their contract down and Junior Brown is the only one who hasn't worked out as planned that we haven't been able to shift on, and all that while achieving a promotion and year on year progression.
