It's also the 'fans' (I use that term very loosely, in that I generally mean the Sky Sports fans).
For every facebook post etc about Bury, Bolton, etc, there's a Man Utd armchair fan suggesting that "it's their own fault, they should have managed themselves better", whilst crying about only spending £130million on players this summer.
Nothing will change in football until one of the 'big 6' threaten to go under. In fact i'm not sure even that would change things, it really would need Man Utd or Liverpool to go down the pan before anything changes.
Unless of course the entire UK population were to boycott Sky Sports.

No more nonsense about super Saturdays or Sundays when in fact all they mean is a couple of mid table sides playing teatime Sunday. Or a top of the table clash that swamps tv, even on terrestrial tv, with adverts hyping every aspect of the game, players, managers and supporters.

The turning point should've been when Portsmouth went into admin whilst in the Premier League but I've seen nothing to suggest that things have moved on.
How can Man City spend nearly a £1 billion in transfer fees and not breaking FFP rules? How can Man Utd be in so much debt but not be investigated by the EPL? Yet Bury and Bolton whilst mismanaged don't have the same luxuries.
