Thanks, that's what I wanted to know, will have to revert to the "don't look at it" method. Or perhaps you could lock threads when they are clearly past their sell-by date?

You cant block a thread, just dont look at it

You can ignore whoever starts the thread and it disappears off the list of threads, of course.
