Didn't notice that. Not even appealing for offside. The Bolton players reaction is interesting too

I'll reply in 4/5 years when the majority of those have given up on football or playing in the National League.
Nick, serious question, is that a good result given all the circumstances? If not why? It is a poor result against youth players when we have experienced players and apparently better players, if we are ever going to get near the playoffs u have to beat teams with preparation like this who had no chance to prepare properly, we have the preparation and these players for Bolton never even knew yesterday if they would be playing or not, I’m not slating the team just saying it’s a poor resultThe denial seems to be people trying the hardest to be outraged by it.
You said they weren't, why won't you tell me?You tell me?
I said we would be 17th last week and I've seen nothing to counter my view

Seems to me Fernando that you are the type of fan who wants to see us do badly - so you can get onto the keyboard and talk the team down (in line with your 17th place view 2 games into the new season).I said we would be 17th last week and I've seen nothing to counter my view

I couldn't tell from where I was standing. Whether the decisions were right or wrong we didn't create enough to justify three points today.

He is deluded then.
We were poor today, goals disallowed or not we didn't create enough.

Alright, us losing to Nuneaton then.
Better?
What is it comparable to then? Look at the age of their team ffs!

Exactly that yepYep, nobody appealing and head in hands.
You're right, he is deluded. I would believe an anonymous bloke on a forum rather than a professional who has spent 40 years in the game. They should have you and a few others on here giving their incisive view instead. You'd be spot on all the time. No, EVERY time.
The singular result is bad, plus the indication that we're not anywhere near solving our goal scoring problems. That is my issue.
Did they? They just fouled and dived.
Mcfadzean was pulled down, it 100% a penalty, we win 3-0 with the correct decisions being made and nobody on here is in meltdown... Reality is we've been royally fucked today
Exactly, you can't beat the officials.
why do you so badly want us to fail? As a fan I really don't get it.Let's wait and see then

Bottom line. Bolton kids played a blinder against us. Roughed is up and we’re tenacious. They deserved a point. Yes we had goals disallowed but it was clear to see we lack creativity going forward.
In fairness nick we lost to a championship/league one youth team. If’s and buts and poor refereeing aside, they should have been put to the sword and no opportunities to have goals disallowedThe denial seems to be people trying the hardest to be outraged by it.
