Its not as if this is a surprise FFS

We had more directors in than players in this year
Dulieu shows up in the dugout
Brody saying the subs should be chosen by text
Promises of a 'Franchise Player' coming in

We were relegated in August, and that is a fact. Whatever you say about Thorn, the fact that we were still in the race up to Easter is a minor fucking miracle

Yet everybody is now up in arms as if its a huge shock??

I said we're down before the season even kicked off, and yet i'm still pissed off, it's the way they went about it today, gutless & passionless 'performance',

If brings about wholesale changes at the club from top to bottom, then i will accept this. If it carry's on like this next season then i dont think any of us would tolerate it. Anyway i;m slowly getting drunk now so PUSB. City till i die.

We'll be relegated in 12 months, nothing will change, the players were a disgrace, in a must win game playing like they, they should be ashamed of themselves.

It was a disgraceful effort for sure.

When Cody's shot hit the post and came back out not one single City player followed it up or even bothered to try and go for the rebound.

Shocking.

No I noticed that as well. Pathetic for a so called football team. Also every drinks break hands on hips, no communication, Thorn and Harrison just standing chatting. Saunders cared more and they were already down.

Part of the problem has been the ill founded perception that to protest would "harm the boys" "deflect from the effort by the kids" "be a distraction".
Maybe those that didn't might reflect that fans do do their bit in defining the sort of club we get.
Today I saw a club with no passion, guts etc.

They knew we were relegated today as soon as they got on the pitch. When the fans don't turn up people ask questions, shame the same questions are not being asked when the players are not turning up at all

the players and manager are to blame. 3 weeks ago everyone on here saying we would stay up , sisu weren't gettin a mention on here

now it's all sisu fault , yes they are partly to blame but before pboro destiny in our hands with a easier run in

thats where the blame lies

So when we get all our players next season from the Blue Square League, you can do the same thing again?

I don't think anyone on this board has claimed that we have had a good enough squad to compete competitively.

A lot were saying we have a squad that is capable of mid-table.

I'll say it once again, this club has no future when it employs the likes of Baker, Bell & Deegan. A lot seem to think we'll be run away winners in league one, but it isn't going to happen, look at the squad Leeds had and they were stuck there for 3 or 4 years.

We'll be stuck fighting at the bottom of the league again. This is by far the worst squad of players I've ever watched, gutless, spineless clowns.

Because a season is played over 46 games not 7-8, and over the course of the season we haven't been good enough. Fook me we were bottom for 6 months.

answer the question. majority on here said we were staying up 2 weeks ago , no mention of sisu

so why then were we good enough and not now

and yes a season is over 46 matches and at 41 we were out the bottom 3. we bottled it when it mattered

It HAS to be about leadership.
From the top down - ALL joined up thinking and actions from the Chairman (do we even have one?) to the tea lady.
Jimmy Hill had Robbins, and he was just as important if not more so to the club's revival in the 60's.

This relationship is crucial if we are to turn this club around.

Can't answer your question because I didn't think we would survive, we did amazing well to get out of the bottom 3, but the truth is we never had the quality, consistency or strength in depth to make it over the finish line.
