Can’t see him being here much longer unless he does something spectacular this time around

Is that where we got him from?

I think so he’s 24 in January so I’d guess he will move on a permanent there if they can afford him

Yeah, you've got to think this means the end for him. Shame, as he's a talented lad, just been hugely unlucky during his career with injury and obviously can't get back to this level. Hope it works out for him in the long run.

He's an interesting case isn't he. Haven't seen much of him at all(!) but he's looked to have skill when I have. Clearly hasn't impressed or kicked on though - his earlier injury inhibiting him? Psychologically if not physically?

Whatever, looks a battle for him to get up to speed for league football from here.

It was
He was scoring loads of goals and several EFL teams were after him
Quite surprised it hasn't worked out for him
Robins doesn't appear to have fancied the lad so he needs to leave to get game time

Shame that he has not gone to a higher league. Hard to know if he was successful if he found his level etc

It was a gamble basically as he’d been out for a long time injured as he was highly thought of at Crystal Palace. There was a chance he’d come good but it looks like they feel he’s not going to make the grade.

I suppose he hasn't really cost us a lot so if we had decided he wasn't going to make it, wouldn't we have just released him in the summer? Perhaps he will come back into the fold after this loan.

I suspect this is the start of moving him out of the club.

However it might be one last chance at rebooting his confidence, going back to his previous club where he did well and Gavin Rose has a reputation for preparing players for League football.

Interesting that Woking didn't sign him on loan again this season, as he scored 5 in 12 for them last season and they were promoted, maybe the national league south is his level?

Few people I know seen him play last year and said he was way above that level. Does seem strange
He is I’ve seen him in the under 23’s probably 5 times & he’s head and shoulders above strange robins doesn’t seem to fancy him

Was chatting to a Dulwich season ticket holder about a year ago (who strangely used to follow Portsmouth)... He said Allassani was miles better than Conor Chaplin.

He's played a few times for our first team but I suspect Robins thought he was too lightweight after he got a bit of rough treatment

Thought he was due a L2 loan. Maybe none were interested? Is the window still open? Speaks volumes unfortunately.
Good luck to the lad. Last chance saloon as we're concerned.

We probably loaned him out to cover some of the cost of loaning O'hare, plus we've got Wakefield back in the squad, and Jody jones not far away.
So it makes sense to get him some game time.
But a big decision to be made on him and Ponticelli come Christmas.

Is it down to ffp ? Still a week to go but if MR has his eyes on someone else coming in do others have to go out, Browne could be another.
