Does anyone know if Baka had an extension to his contract?
2 year deal signed in Aug 2018, so in theory he'll be off the books by the end of the season...
Surgeons say it takes 18 months to fully get back to fitness after an ACL opMax looked way off the pace at Bolton not just because he was stupidly played in the wrong position, but his overall sharpness eluded him. I fear his injury has finished him and that we won’t see Max again for the first team.
It was Blackpool away last season, pretty much around this time of my memory serves me correctly.Surgeons say it takes 18 months to fully get back to fitness after an ACL op
Not sure how long ago he had his injury
Max is out because he didn’t do what MR told him to. Last night he told Baka to get out there and wander around like a plonker for an hour.Surely he gets a look in now after how bad Baka was last night??
Not for the first time, can’t believe we wasted £300K on him.Max is out because he didn’t do what MR told him to. Last night he told Baka to get out there and wander around like a plonker for an hour.
Max signed 3 year contract July 18 so perhaps Robins is just getting him fit enough to make a difference from the bench. And after seeing him at Bolton confirmed he wasn’t fit enough.Surgeons say it takes 18 months to fully get back to fitness after an ACL op

So did Ponticelli and look where he's ended up.Scoring quite a few for the under 23s.
Seams a bit cryptic by Mark. Doesn't want to loan him out.
But will he start picking him ?
I don't think Max wants to go on loan
He loves it here and prefers to fight for another chance to get back in favour
Tbh while he's recovering from his ACL that's a very sensible attitude
It's a long hard season and injuries to people currently ahead of him in the pecking order may give opportunities as his fitness improves

Max when fully match ........and that is "when", due to the nature of his injury .....would give us an alternative option in the way we play and could be a very useful impact player in this season.
Yes bit like the present forward lineAlternatibe as in no goals?
If he sticks to the formation he has where would Biamou actually play?
Probably bring him on at right back when we’re 2-0 downIf he sticks to the formation he has where would Biamou actually play?
There are Checkatrade games coming up which Godden is unlikely to be involved inIf he sticks to the formation he has where would Biamou actually play?
Could be read that way. Also hinting that he’s available for transfer rather than just a loanHe’s basically saying can someone come and take him off the books

“There’s interest in him from other clubs. I am getting phone calls on him from clubs who want to take him on loan but I am not in any rush to do anything with Max ,”
On the bench instead of Baka please. If he sticks to the formation he has where would Biamou actually play?
So if we are not looking threatening with Godden in the side, your suggesting Biamou would improve things! ???If say after and hour or so we’re not looking threatening and Godden isn’t having an impact in the game, then bring Max on to change it up.
I’d drop Baka and still not bring in Biamou. If one of the front 3 gets injured I’d sooner switch to 442 than use either of the 2 donkeys. On the bench instead of Baka please.

He’s pretty much dropping a hint he can go.
