Crikey - the Burton forum is a quiet place (20 people on line a few minutes ago - including me) - and when I went on the other day they had received less than 20 posts in over 24 hours on their forum. Really well run club, but real lack of support from the town considering how they have progressed.

I'd take a point and then 3 against Wimbledon

This - and if we picked up just 3 points it wouldn't be disastrous (although, I want to keep the unbeaten run going). On another note, I'd like us to come through unscathed in terms of injuries from these two games as well, before we get a bit of a break.

I don't think we can pick up 3 points without a defeat. The points options from 2 games without a defeat are 2, 4 or 6.

I know - not sure I indicated that. A win and a defeat is better than 2 draws points wise, but although I want the former in terms of points, I'd like to keep the unbeaten run going too. Thus, I'm torn between the 3 points and 2 points option!!!

Edit: if we beat Burton, I'll be gutted with 3 points from the 2 games!

MR was obviously unhappy with the last away performance, yet we took our opportunities when they came, and shown a bit heart to come back to score at 2-2... just a shame there was 5 mins of inj time and not 2!

So you would think that they will be mindful of this, which will hopefully will result in a better performance and a win.

Am looking forward to this away day... a Godden brace 2-0 will do for me.

Hopefully keep the unbeaten start going. I’m plumping for a 1-1 but wouldn’t be surprised if we nicked it. Would like to see O’Hare start as he provides that bit of flair in final third. Burton are a decent outfit but nothing to fear. Will be an entertaining game if both sides go for it.

last year we looked awful at Burton. Pretty sure KMF bossed it. Burton fan next to me said he was the one to watch.

Hopefully we get a result. Would be nice to get 3 points away and continue the unbeaten run.

I think we're a little better equipped to play the Burtons of this world than we were last year when they physically bossed us and then took their chance when it came.
I'm confident of getting something and would be happy with a point.

As with most games this season, I’m feeling confident. After a very poor opening 20 minutes against Blackpool (and 90 against Oxford), we were back to our best for the rest of the game. As long as we don’t sit back, so we play offensively and at a quick tempo we’ll do well.

Team wise, I’d go:

Marosi
Dabo McFadzean Hyam Mason
Westbrooke Walsh Shipley
Jobello Godden Hiwula

Very tempted to play O’Hare, but having him as a game changer on the bench is a fantastic option. And in a game where we need to keep it a bit tighter then I’d keep the midfield the same. Kasteener could be a good option too, but he’s very much still an unknown at this point and until his fitness improves.

3-1, Godden, Hiwula and O’Hare.

Taken from Burton fans forum -

Interesting when you look on their social media sites at some of the comments about Jamie from their fans. I think they are expecting a far better player than they are actually going to get and it seems they are thinking that he will be the answer to any problems they have in centre midfield. Just my opinion but he was made to look good by Quinn and Fraser last season and we have upgraded his position with the addition of Edwards who looks a better player to me.
