How do you know he can’t play at this level when he hasn’t had a chance to prove himself yet. I can see why you might say he isn’t Premier League or even Championship level. To say so definitely that he is not good enough even to fulfill Bakayoko’s current role seems harsh. It is only one level up from the standard where he was starting to excel. You need to look at how Max started that season and how he finished it. His improvement was tremendous. If you consider his performances after the Newport game when he regained his place from JCH his impact on the team and results was tremendous.

Depends what players and management and style you are playing for - JCH 211 career games 44 goals up to now (Kevin kyle has a better record up to now) - JCH has obviously now found the correct team and management style as he cannot stop scoring for Bristol Rovers -
Disbelieving person that I am, I just checked the stats and you are right, JCH did start the majority of those games. However, this does highlight that Biamou got the goals he did from a limited amount of time on the pitch. Significantly, he started the three most important games of the season, the three play off games.
