I think the thing that works in our favour is that he’s the man here. The whole club is built in his image and what he says goes the whole way through. Most of the fan base, and the owners, have patience with him so a blip, even a fairly significant one, isn’t going to cost him his job after his achievements. He also has the opportunity to put what’s a huge club at this level back to where it belongs and become a legend. He isn’t going to get that anywhere else. I think his Huddersfield and Scunthorpe experiences mean as long as his budget isn’t drastically cut he’s ours.
